Today's numbers Northern Ireland have not yet been released

Spain have lost another 683,is that up or down on yesterday?

Total deaths now 15,238
Down on yesterday but it went down and back up again a few days before that. It appears the plateau in some places (Iran, Italy, Spain) is lasting a long time.

The number of coronavirus patients to die from coronavirus has risen by 41 to 286 in Wales,But due to a change in how the figures are reported, the number of new confirmed cases today stands at just 16 as it reflects a much shorter period of six hours of testing,Public Health Wales says case numbers will return to normal on Friday, as it returns to 24 hour reporting

Does anyone understand why them and others keep changing their reporting times?
To make ameutures measuring stats tear their out?
Maybe to drop the country's figures below 1000?

I suspect it's because they are out of step with the rest of the country which results in slight discrepancies between the 4 home nations totals and the national totals.
It's difficult for trusts to do deaths and new cases (severe cases) at the same time. Most are doing deaths first (frozen at 5pm the previousc evening) and then new cases (frozen at 8am).
It makes no odds for national stats as each case is an individual record with hospital admission time and hospital release time or death recorded.

Large numbers trying to get into their holiday homes in Benidorm.

A friend lives there and its been reported why Benidorm has this wall of steel around it.

IDIOTS

Actual spaniards go to Benidorm?

Just said on BBC News that 568 of today’s reported deaths in England are actually deaths that took place from 1st April and 7th April.

Don’t like what the Koreans are saying today about reinfections one bit.

Chinese data on lack of significant detectable antibodies on around 30% of samples they have taken is also a blow to the already fraught exercise of fine tuning the anti body tests specificity. This has been championed by all as a key component of containment measures fir future policy.
