You know what. I just don't care anymore. The club will have more important things to worry about in adjusting to the new world reality. Stay, go, whatever.

Bang on.

I just want to go to a fucking game!

If he’s on the pitch, bench or in Munich, it’ll matter little to me.

Let’s not forget, whilst he’s very talented, he often goes missing and Pep didn’t trust him in the run in last season.

However, his reasons for leaving didn't quite work out for him. (playing position wise)
He has also had to watch his old team scoop most of the prizes since he left!
Milners done better than I thought he would. 2 champions league finals and probably this years premier league along with those funny trophies, World club and European super cup. Didn't like the way he left, mind you.

Milner left despite his alleged lack of playing time. In his last season with us he played most of the games if I recall, and having a good season. That being the case his other 'argument' regarding his perseption of being a utility player for all positions fell flat too. Brenda told him he would play CM!? Really! When they still had Slippy G? I doubt that. Full back wasnt he at Dippers.

Fact is Milner left for cold hard cash, simple as. No fee so he gets the lot. He will do the same at Dippers when he goes to Leeds.

From a fans perspective when he left us he still had miles in the tank, so there is a feeling of betrayal. Dippers will send him off with a wave and a thank you because he won the CL with them and hes on the wane, so cant damage them when playing against them.

Still a C*** though ;)

I would normally say "sniff sniff" to a post like that!
But i think i get where you are coming from. In that he has lasted/played much longer than his City decline indicated.
But the cold hard truth he has won 1 major trophy. Getting to finals and "money" cups (no matter how grand they name them) don't count.
BTW, they haven't won jack shit this year.....yet! ;)

The writing was on the wall when he had the tattoo on his back edited to hide our badge and sponser.
He never had our badge and sponsor in the first place.

He had a generic badge with what looked like a hand in a shield shape and no sponsor:

Just sell him already.

all the potential in the world but hasn’t got the brains to fulfill it. Seriously lacks motivation.

Remember when everyone was comparing Pogba to Yaya Toure. Now he’s 27 and doesn’t look anywhere near fulfilling his potential.

same thing with Sane. All the physical attributes to be one of the best players in the world: Pace, dribbling, killer left foot. Unfortunately he just doesn’t have the correct mentality.

A few years ago everyone had Sane miles in front of Sterling, now the opposite is true. Sterling simply worked much harder.

When it’s not Sane’s day he disappears completely, just slouches. Sterling can miss a sitter but be right back there trying again. That’s the difference.

Time to cash in.

he's a brilliant player , and one of the best wingers in the world and anyone saying good riddance really needs to give their head a wobble , only one player is better in his position and that is Mbappe and their is no way UEFA will allow us to buy him.Its been frustrating watching him stall on his contract and his injury situation , but it looks like he will be leaving looking at the time left on his contract. The only consolation would be if Juve or PSG sign him , because an image of Leroy standing next to Rummenigge with a German Rag shirt stating "we got our man for £40m and taught City a lesson " , would be nauseating , would rather give him a free transfer than sign for those German bastards.

Correct.
We have no idea what would have happened if he had stayed fit this season.
As fans we do not know how hard he works in training, but pep picked him for the Charity shield, so he must have been doing ok.
If he goes it will be less than his market potential, but also he will not get as good a deal in Munich as here.
If he is desperate to get out of the country, if their are issues with his partner, that is a different story, again that is something our club will know and take into consideration.
Many fans take the reactive , emotional approach, I am sure the club will decide on the best approach.

This is ridiculous. Sane's almost 2 years younger than Sterling and for any inconsistency he's had, has never had a 4 month drought. He scored the winning goal against Liverpool, which ultimately won us the league. He was unplayable over 2 legs against Schalke. He scored against United to put the game to bed. Somehow he's found himself as 4th choice winger, but this is as much about him not signing the contract and not tracking back as it is his output as an attacker. He's become a scapegoat, and whilst I'll always back the manager over the player, we've handled this badly in my opinion.
