That's a very accurate description.

There have been several other succinct similarities to describe the Liverpool* fan base that I also agree with.

"They are ofended by everything and ashamed of nothing"

"They have an over developed sense of importance and an under developed sense of responsibility"

They really are a disliked group of individuals.

Yeah logically that's what I see. But I don't see them caring about city having won the league Cup,not unless LFC fans start clamouring for it to be taken away.... Right now they (spitefully) want everyone to feel the pain they are feeling.

They could decide a return date then ask Sky/BT to pick day and KO times.........add another 6 weeks on then?
 
They should stop it, record it as an incomplete season and keep all the stats and already awarded trophies, it's not difficult. You don't need to scrub what's already happened, just accept it won't be finished and pause it.

We deserve to keep our league cup win, community shield win and Sergio deserves to keep his records. They are things that have actually, in real life been achieved.

Scrubbing it would be unpalatable, just don't award anything based on things that haven't happened yet.

I can't see how two competitions that ran their full course and had a winner, ie, the charity shield and league cup can be expunged from the records. The non completed competitions yes as they never finished.

Strange isn't it. We used to think that when united fans talked about them being their biggest rivals and not us they were doing it as a dismissive thing to try to wind us up. And yet now, having gone toe to toe with Liverpool for just a couple of seasons, we can see and empathise what they were referring too!

Totally agree. For a starters, where would they get the money from to pay them for next season, cant see sky or bt stumping extra cash up and cant see the 20 prem clubs taking the hit either.

He hasn't thought about however many thousands of people need to fly,tested the lot when they got there,all the talk is about the mins on the pitch and not the travel and hotels etc
 
Watched the BBC news earlier. The clip re restarting the season was prime LFC TV. Entire footage was Anfield... the BBC is an absolute Dipperfest right now.

Or brake it in to two mini leagues call is premier 1 premier 2, top 11 of the league this year play each other twice the bottom 9 plus the three promoted teams play each other twice! Top three of premier 1 go in champs league 4th spot europa! Top of premier 2 go in champ leagues 2nd goes into europa league.

There is always something you can change just for one season.
