So bottom line is, this virus has killed a lot more people than what has been reported?
Yes, pretty much.
So bottom line is, this virus has killed a lot more people than what has been reported?
Because of logistics, that has always been the problemTesting.
Did you know 25% of booked tests don't turn up?
I'm glad you pointed it out :-)I think he was on the windup mate :-)
Very well said. But shouldn't need saying. The vulnerable are made up of all age groups, mums and dad's of these young and healthy people and kids, the notion that the young and healthy can go out just like that, they carry the illness without having symptoms so they have to be restricted for the sake of other people, their parents who are vulnerable,i would have thought by now the fact that we are all protecting each other would be understood
Unless people are like me and still have uncertainties.Very well said. But shouldn't need saying.

Absolutely terrible the poor familyJust to remember there are people behind these numbers
The elderly parents of a nurse who died after contracting coronavirus have both died from the bug.Keith Dunnington, 54, had been on the NHS frontline for more than 30 years when he was struck down by Covid-19 on April 19
His 81-year-old mum Lillian died on Friday holding hands with her husband, Keith’s dad Maurice,he had been brought to her bedside from his ward by hospital staff,he then died over the weekend

Still the overall point remains NZ have handled this way better than the UK.i gave up watching early on after the clip of Johnson saying that "we could take it on the chin and allow it to move through the population", but they CUT OFF the ending where he said (in terms) "but we have ruled that idea out".
Shameful manipulation and misreporting of the facts, purely for political gain. Absolutely shite.
NZ is an entirely different country with completely difference dynamics and challenges and therefore a completely different set of practicably possible responses.Still the overall point remains NZ have handled this way better than the UK.
I think it’s better to post them. I never read the papers so wouldn’t know of things like that. There are so many stories i could post but don't want to depress people,on the other hand everyone should face this head on and not ignore the reality imo, those who have died deserve to be recognised

That's pissed me right off
That's awful, so sad.
Sorry you are right, copied it without checking, looks like Ireland figure wasn't added, they come later than the others449 kaz?
I think this is important too. For a while I was nipping out to get a paper on a Sunday, using the appropriate distancing and handwashing etc. But then concluded, is this REALLY essential? I could die from this, or worse, be responsible for the death of a loved one. Needless to say I no longer do it.I think it’s better to post them. I never read the papers so wouldn’t know of things like that.
It’d make me think twice about going out for some milk if I didn’t really need it more so than not having read it.
I don’t have any milk, but I can have my coffee black for a few days until I do a bigger shop.
