No info regards visiting relatives? I take it will still can't

Yeh, I think we can assume it’s still a no-no. He stated that you can go out and play sport, but only if it’s with a member of your own household. And on the basis that you can only go out socially with members of your own household, I would suggest that visiting other households (even if they’re your relatives) is off the cards. Poor that he didn’t mention it, as it was something half the country was probably waiting to have clarified

If people do not understand what the Govt. is saying and your confused can you please go to your nearest mirror, have a look at yourself and question why.
Amazes me how thick some people are. I'm sure it's harder to not understand the PM than it was to understand him.

Clear message from the PM tonight. Don’t go to work unless you have to go to work and only if you don’t have to use public transport to go there but if you do don’t use public transport to go to work and if your work is public transport then go to work but if not don’t.
I guess that gets round the inability of UK public transport to do what happens in the far east.

Yes you must go,it is really important to take care of your mental health and the nhs is open

Thanks. However, I will need to use public transport and I’d hate to put others at risk.

I’ll call the clinic tomorrow to see if it’s likely to be cancelled/postponed or changed to a telephone appointment.

You’ve conveniently missed off social distancing.

Unless the barber/hairdresser has their scissors and hairdryers on a 2 metre stick them no that does not include barbers!!

It really is not hard to understand.
The Americans are doing all kinds of beauty things and doing massages ! First wave of opening up their economy

He should tell her if she wants to have people to stay at home and be paid for by the state whilst england gets back to work she can fucking pay for it, she would soon change her tune.
Haha. And now that oil’s worth less than unfiltered donkey piss, bang go the hopes of independence.

This is where being in a union comes in useful. Our union have been obsessed about it for weeks, and rightly so.
My union has teamed up with two other unions and their last message told us that unless the government can ensure their conditions for returning to work can be met, that we should not return to work.

Missed it. Anyone give a decent summary of what's changed? Who's going back to work? What's going on with retailers/cafes etc?

Manufacturing getting their shit sorted.

Hi-tech, multi-billion pound outfit; I'd expect that from them. These guys aren't likely to be digging holes, pointing brickwork any time soon. As per usual, it'll be the poorest paid who'll have no choice - public transport, bosses that won't provide PPE, companies that won't be thinking about anything but £ and who'll happily sacrifice a few labourers etc. It really shouldn't be this difficult, every company should be made, by law, to provide details of how they'll implement social distancing and that gets you a permit. But no, let's make it deliberately abstruse. June 1st should be fun too, getting all those 4 and 5yr olds to socially distance at school...
