Well the HSE have been shut since lockdown. Their website stated there would be no construction site visits due to convid19 but construction was told to carry on. I wonder if they are going to restart visiting places of work now.

When can I see my family again?

Not really. The chances of strangers sitting less than 2 metres in the park with you for the 15 minutes or so you need to be near someone to catch it is pretty much nil. They are clearly trying to help people who live alone and are probably going insane at the lack of any kind of human interaction and could up with mental health issues because of it. Be glad you're being allowed to see one and stick to the rules, if we do that the expert scientists think it will stay away.

In other words the significant numbers only started getting the virus from the beginning of April. The active case base of 136k plus or minus a confidence interval means that around 2 people in every 1000 have the virus. And of course when you are out and about it will be a lot less than that as half of these people will be at home ill.
