The constant drip feed of leaks which could wreck their case, has been at the very centre of it.
It doesn’t matter if we have breached the so-called ffp regs, uefa were never really interested in the substance of the case, all they wanted to do was get as much poison and lies into the public domain with the view that enough shit would stick and ‘public perception’ could be massaged into the pile of lies and smears that we see now.
They’ve seen the by-passing of the truth done successfully by lying and obfuscating politicians on both sides of the ocean, and they have made it their target to do it to us.
Their problem now is, who decides what the public perception is?

If this situation arises, I’m sure our honourable and outstanding media will ensure the public perceives our qualification the way they and UEFA want it to be perceived

please tell me you are joking. they have VAR they choose who wins what, and of course who DOESN'T win anything .football is corrupt to the core mix that with greed and its lethal . they will dip in to their coffers and place bets on all kind of outcomes, then ensure that happens . then sit back and count the clicks of the rags and dippers sharing the trophies, and they will because top players will only go there.why come to City when you have lost before you get changed . players know things.
 
Probably that case will be done quicker as they have already been over the details.May only be expected to last a day or two ,whereas ours is more complex so the will have to make sure that there is plenty of free time to hear/deal with it

The dream scenario, the absolute dream, would be any day now this season is cancelled. Scousers enraged even if "awarded" the title as the whole of football nows they hadn't actually won it and are in fact Shampions, then the next day , news conference, Khaldoon swaggers in and announces ban lifted, club totally exonerated and follows up with words to the effect of "our superb legal team are now working closely with us to decide next steps in regards to the background to the original decision to issue an illegitimate ban and also looking at the reporting of this matter over the last several years."
