Haha. Five people on a footy forum agree with you so it must be right eh?

Simple test 1 - I am a non-qualified individual in one of the countries not in the EU...…..

Do I have the same rights as a similar individual from one of the EU27 to enter and live in the UK?

If not I am discriminated against

Simple test 2 - I am a qualified/skilled individual in one of the countries not in the EU...…..

Do I have the same rights as a similar individual from one of the EU27 to enter and live in the UK?

If not I am discriminated against

Simple test 3 - I am a qualified/skilled individual in one of the countries not in the EU...…..

Do I have the same, or better, rights as a non-qualified individual from one of the EU27 to enter and live in the UK?

If not I am discriminated against

It is simple and plainly factual - undeniable so really

That you cannot grasp the simple facts is no concern/issue/interest for me - that is on you

There is only one negotiation team that has shown bad faith from the off and it isn't the UK.
Whilst I agree with you in 'principle'...………………...

The UK negotiating team from 2017 - 2019 acted entirely in bad faith - towards the UK citizens following one of the largest democratic exercises ever conducted.

They placed their EU sycophancy and commitment to the EU ideology ahead of securing the best interests of UK citizens in their negotiations - I do not blame the EU Negotiating team during that phase.

But of course , despite their failure (in your eyes) you did , of course, vote the Conservatives in again.

So will the fishing and farming and business backers of the Tory party really go gentle into that good night (or goodnight perhaps)?

The farmers are already shitting it, the fishing industry has lost its best hopes from Brexit, we know most business hates No Deal, and when the new Tory "red wall" areas realise the agriculture policy is that farmers remain profitable only by putting up prices in the shops, this "resolve" will be tested. Don't worry though, you "patriotic" fantasists - by the time people do realise it, it will be too late for sense to prevail.

And no-one else (the US, Japan, Mozambique) will trust anything we say in a trade deal that will have no working mechanism to arbitrate any disputes.

So when I'm in a pub and some dick comes in spouting racist shite I should just leave and let them get on with it? Is that what you do?
I think that I am reflecting the majority of views when saying that when sitting in pubs either where I live now, or in any of the many locations that I have lived - it is simply an unheard of - or indeed extremely rare occurrence for some dickhead to start spouting racist shite - and if I did frequent such a pub (if one actually anywhere exists) - yes I probably would walk out.

On this topic, I think that you have simply 'gilded the lily' - and not had been able to simply let it drop

What do you really think India will want from a trade deal with the UK by way of more freedom of movement?

Every trade deal discriminates against countries not party to the deal. And no deal we make with any nation that already had a deal with us via the EU will give us anything less discriminatory.

No - executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, which he has via the Prime Minister.
And Barnier? More masses behind his mandate surely. And he has to get 27 sovereign nations' parliaments to agree to any deal. Our sovereign Parliament has no control over Frost.

Is there a sticking point over the ECJ arbitrating over any deal? Thanks to Trump there's no effective court at the WTO.

But I have the solution. The Brexit mob have taken some joy from one court's recent decision so let's give the arbitration of a deal to the German Constitutional Court.

No .... no ... you wouldn't .....you've got Tory written all over your posts .
You just confirm how utterly blinkered you are.. Unable to think beyond your own very narrow prejudices.

Not everyone is so bigoted as you.

I come from Eccles and Salford and was brought up as a Tory hater.

I have voted Labour more often than Conservative.

I voted for Major when he promised a referendum - I voted Blair when he did. Same for Cameron.

Can you see a pattern?

Unlike you - I can think and analyse for myself. I do not have to still behave as my mum and dad told me.
