Ha look at what it actually says, korea for instance shut down ,invented a test in a week and did test track and trace from the start, singapore and hong kong similar, they know how to wear masks properly,we do not
i preferred him at the start when he was slightly panicked but doing his best, since test target day he has shown his true coloursI just cant take to this fella, dont trust him at all and the way he keeps banging on about how they hit the 100k tests as they said they would just makes me distrust him more.

It seems a strange hill to die on. Of course masks are better than no masks. I can’t think of one reason why anybody would say different - especially the weird assumption that you’d be more at risk due to fiddling with them. There’s not a single sentence that’s incorrect unless I’ve had a stroke. The masks they use in hospitals are properly fitted and the staff know how to use them safely, medical grade is made to not let small particles through, the WHO weren't convinced on masks so can't blame our scientists reallyIt does state on there that “Wearing a medical mask can limit the spread of certain respiratory viral diseases, including COVID-19.” I think at some stage wearing them in shops/public transport should be enforced, as it’s been stated on numerous occasions they’re only effective if everyone wears them and it’s our best chance of getting back to some normality, though I doubt we have the supply for everyone at this time.
It’s quite obvious Whitty/Valance played it down for supply reasons, rather than scientific one.
For what it’s worth, I understand why they did it. The NHS was having a PPE crisis - I’ve no idea if it still is.
It doesn’t protect you.
Tell it the WHO ! They are only now advocating them and to use them properlyIt doesn’t protect you.
It protects every other fucker.
Stop chatting shit.
Yeah wearing a mask is really tricky. Since it became law a week or so ago over here I’ve accidentally worn it on my elbow three times.Ha look at what it actually says, korea for instance shut down ,invented a test in a week and did test track and trace from the start, singapore and hong kong similar, they know how to wear masks properly,we do not
