Agreed. It's too "fussy", for want of a better word. Sometimes, less can be more. Agree with the sentiments though!

They obviously had good intentions, but the whole thing seems to have been a bit ill-judged. The design, the message, the cost, the unveiling... I know a lot of hard work will have gone into it, but I'm not sure this was £8k particularly well spent.
