£8000 to the Lazio / Roma Ultras would have sorted this out properly & they would have hung them from the Town Hall or Old Trafford for Us.

Wasted opportunity. (Only my opinion)

Unfortunately it is not well designed and has little visual impact. Too many colours and too many images with no clear message. I am not going to slag them off because they deserve credit for fighting our corner but I agree it has been a wasted opportunity.

I think we need to get past the point where we’re bothered by what other teams fans think of us. It would have looked class at the Madrid game and still can be used next season if we’re ever allowed back. It’s certainly better than when the rags fly little protests over the swamp.

The banner made me laugh and want to read every detail.

Even if I hadn’t liked it it wouldn’t have entered my head to criticise fellow blues trying something in support of City. If you think it was a wasted opportunity let’s see what you did.

Exactly. It would’ve looked class under the lights inside the ground but obviously that wasn’t possible. The effect was never going to be the same doing it at a location away from the ground but it had to be done at some point because fans had donated good money and this was probably the most appropriate time a few days before the CAS hearing.
