As I recall, I used to come on Bluemoon but never post. When the calls to sack (or save) Sven Goran Eriksson started, Graeme Souness was being mooted as a possible replacement. I remember most people being supportive of Sven, but you had the odd dissenting voice. When I read one of the posters being particularly scathing of him, I thought it would be funny to quote them and agree that he should be sacked if I set my account up in his name (Graeme having skin in the game as it were).

Tumbleweed.

Now I’m stuck with it.
If you want it changed PM Ric, he can do it.

My guess is that Delaney has got himself a seat at Pep's Zoom press conference tomorrow.

Being virtual will mean it won't be restricted to local journalists.

Bonus for us is we should be able to see the faces of the weasels as they peddle their snarkiness.

He'll have what he considers a doozie of a question, guaranteed to tie Pep up in knots and doesn't want hordes of us calling him out afterwards.

What an image: 'weasels peddling snarkiness'. Nice one.

I think his employers have told him to disengage and cool it.

Made himself look an even bigger twunt with that food declaration last week.

There was an ill-advised tweet from MD to Newcastle fans yesterday ( about Hitler ensuring trains were on time ). He deleted it and re-wrote it when many Newcastle fans started reporting him.

He then started blocking City and Newcastle supporters en masse.

Nothing to do with CAS or UEFA - all to do with him making an arse of himself on Twitter and either being told or choosing himself to take a step back.

He’s probably gone through his entire post history on Twitter and individually blocked them all. What a fun weekend that must have been, suppose it’s more productive than writing them pieces of words he joins together he calls articles. At the same time lurking around on here, poor Miguel.

Truly amazing.
I was made redundant two months ago, so having more important things to concern me, I've avoided Twitter ever since.
Then after reading your post I've just checked, and discovered that he's blocked me as well.
I bet I've not commented on any of his posts since January, so that's a hell of a grudge.

I bet you won’t be losing any sleep over not being to engage with a cock womble like that over Twitter.

It is further evidence, if any more were needed, he has an unhealthy obsession with the platform and City in general, irrespective of whether those followers have abused him or not.

Perhaps if he made better use of his time, he would have deleted those historical tweets which have exposed his hypocrisy on countless occasions in recent months.

*Hope the job front turns for you soon, Blue.

Nothing wrong with Graeme Souness
1) the most intelligent pundit out there
2) his wife’s a blue
3) he is a Scot
4) we can forgive the other thing. It was a long time ago.
Wasn't suggesting there was, but he explained why he had the name, and then said he was "stuck with it" just pointing out he isn't if he wants to change it.

What was the food thing re Delaney? I have only seen it referenced here over the past couple of pages.

He proudly declared that he even refuses the food at City and won't be seen as a hypocrite.

Cue Rabin and others on Twitter posting historical pictures from Delaney's account showing him filling his fat face with cakes.

Emblazoned with City's updated badge on and complementing the nice touch from the club...

Forever now known as FatfuckCakegate.

Claimed he was a man of such robust principle that - although he 'has to' attend press conferences, etc at City and report on the club as part of his job - he makes the point (what point, I'm not quite sure) of never eating our food while he's there. Because that'll show the Club what a fearsome adversary they're dealing with.

A City fan then showed him a picture (from his own Twitter feed, I believe) of him stuffing his fat face with City branded food at one of his visits to the Etihad.

Delaney blocked the fan, and had a bit of a sulk about making such a ridiculous public spectacle of himself. Again.

I assume it was where he claimed he didn't eat the food provided at the Etihad, in response to being goaded about taking the hospitality.

Cue photos of him enjoying the food at the Etihad.

Amended.

Too true, and expect a sly dig from some wankers about playing in front of an empty stadium, bound to happen.
