Personally would have kept him until after the champs league is done. Surely we are stronger with him in the squad.

He is not of big help if he does not have much match time before that. And to get him matchfit was not a priority for Pep in the recent weeks. After that long break he will probably need some time to get really into shape!

Was always going to happen. The only mistake was playing him in community shield. I'm not critical of the fee, we seriously need reinforcements and much easier to do that with 40-50m guaranteed from a sale.

A very disappointing deal for the club and fans. Bayern made a tit out of us for two straight years and still managed to get their player for less than 50 million
