I very much doubt that the club know the outcome with certainty. They might be confident, but they’d probably also express confidence if they thought we would lose the appeal. Wouldn’t be good to needlessly unsettle the players.

I think we will win. Mostly because I doubt that UEFA would have offered us a deal if they were confident of any punishment being upheld. If we are cleared then the club needs to go on the offensive at the various “journalists” that have sought to damage our reputation. They cannot allow those same journalists to control the narrative in the aftermath.

Is there any chance we can put the champagne corks away for now? Don’t get me wrong - you’re absolutely spot on in your assessment that rival fans haven’t got a clue about any of this and are just believing the shite they read in the papers and on Twatter as it suits their agenda, but none of us know for sure that we’ve won this appeal and there’s still a possibility that it could be us looking stupid next week.
I agree, a bit too much premature celebration on here me thinks. Let's just sit back and try and relax for three days or so.

Neither party will be given the decision before very early Monday morning. That’s what I’ve been told anyway. I would tend to believe it as there’s been zero leaks which would’ve come had it been communicated already.

There is no chance in hell that both the club and uefa will sit through today's draw with neither knowing. no way. if they for whatever reason didn't know by now, they will for sure from this morning. And i think they would have known at least a week ahead (either of the original or revised date).

Sorry, that just Can't be true though. For a start, against CAS's own published procedure. And does not give either any time to prepare a statement, or review. They clearly state otherwise.

Edit: process says, decision reached, both parties notified, verdict then written up for public announcement.
If it Was Monday morning both get told, that would be some damd fast admin work by CAS to release a legal document of such importance only shortly after.
