the best thing about this situation is the suicides that will happen over at RAWK. just read this beauty !

Fucking shit stain of a club and fan base. Always thought I hated Chelsea but this lot take the biscuit they really do. Fuck the lot of them the sooner the Abu Dhabi fuck off the better. Swear to god, I would love to slap John Stones, he has one of those faces, thinks he is a male model and hardcase but really he is just a fucking dweeb. As for Razza, lets not even go there, and don't get me started on fucking that ugly twat ederson.
The rest of the players are just about bearable I'll grant them that, but fuck me what a cauldron of bellendry and hypocrisy.
Can somebody just flush these charlatans back to division 2 please?
Hes not gonna be happy on monday when we piss this CAS thing is he. might nip over and seek him out to tell him personally

You really think so? The sociopaths that run UEFA won’t apologise- they’ll think we got lucky and will immediately start looking for another way to do us down. We are not dealing with reasonable rational people, we are dealing with despots who honestly think they are above the law.

It’s probably already been mentioned dozens of times, but I think the cartel has hung UEFA out to dry here. Ban City or we form a super league, it’s not beyond the realms of credibility. And maybe City know this, hence the conciliatory messages coming out of the club towards UEFA (but not the IC/AC) when the sanction was imposed.
Or perhaps they are just corrupt twats.

Agree on all that. There might be an element of confirmation bias there, from both of us.
But there certainly is enough of an overlap of signs to suggest so.

There’s one more reason I think City know and we have won.

Pep keeps referring to the fact that we will all find out on Monday (including him) that’s obviously not the case. We all know that the parties find out before Monday and Pep will be one of those who is told straight away. He actually means the rest of you will find out then but I know now but can’t say. If he truly didn’t know I don’t think he would mention Monday knowing that he could find out anytime before then.

Now I’ve typed that it reads far fetched but think about it and what you might say under each scenario.

I think TH is right.

Then again the Agnelli family has major business interests in Abu Dhabi. They have a controlling interest in Exor which owns the Ferrari brand (after it split away from Fiat). Khaldoon himself is Chairman of the huge Ferrari World theme park in Abu Dhabi. It's not clear if Agnelli is on our side or batting for the anti-Ceferin camp. Perhaps he's sitting on the fence till he sees the CAS result.
He's Italian, they always sit on the fence holding the flag (white) until they can see who is winning , then they jump on that side.

Don’t doubt me. :)

And yes I called bollocks!

Txiki gave a rare interview talking about David for the official site, wouldn't be surprised if someone at the club heard about it and jumped to conclusions about board members giving interviews lol

The timing of the interview and whom it was by is very interesting though.

Txiki Joined up in 2012 and in my memory has only done a couple on interviews, so why now?

Jelly and ice cream time?

I very much doubt that the club know the outcome with certainty. They might be confident, but they’d probably also express confidence if they thought we would lose the appeal. Wouldn’t be good to needlessly unsettle the players.

I think we will win. Mostly because I doubt that UEFA would have offered us a deal if they were confident of any punishment being upheld. If we are cleared then the club needs to go on the offensive at the various “journalists” that have sought to damage our reputation. They cannot allow those same journalists to control the narrative in the aftermath.

Is there any chance we can put the champagne corks away for now? Don’t get me wrong - you’re absolutely spot on in your assessment that rival fans haven’t got a clue about any of this and are just believing the shite they read in the papers and on Twatter as it suits their agenda, but none of us know for sure that we’ve won this appeal and there’s still a possibility that it could be us looking stupid next week.
I agree, a bit too much premature celebration on here me thinks. Let's just sit back and try and relax for three days or so.

Neither party will be given the decision before very early Monday morning. That’s what I’ve been told anyway. I would tend to believe it as there’s been zero leaks which would’ve come had it been communicated already.

There is no chance in hell that both the club and uefa will sit through today's draw with neither knowing. no way. if they for whatever reason didn't know by now, they will for sure from this morning. And i think they would have known at least a week ahead (either of the original or revised date).

Sorry, that just Can't be true though. For a start, against CAS's own published procedure. And does not give either any time to prepare a statement, or review. They clearly state otherwise.

Edit: process says, decision reached, both parties notified, verdict then written up for public announcement.
If it Was Monday morning both get told, that would be some damd fast admin work by CAS to release a legal document of such importance only shortly after.
