A lot of people have been mentioning Txiki's interview as though it's significant but he's done 3 or 4 now at half time on We're Not Really Here. It's not as though he has only done one recently because he is confident about winning the appeal.

Personally speaking, I think we will be completely exonerated because I voted for that right from the start and have not seen enough on here to change my mind. I have also seen things on this forum, which have confirmed my optimism. I have always had total faith in the City board to make sure we get the result we need.

There is the old City pessimism lurking in the back of my mind, due to UEFA's past actions, but I feel confident that City have covered all bases because of these experiences. Monday onwards we will all be talking about our positive result and then be looking forward to the Arsenal and Real Madrid games.

I think I had better lie down now as all that positivity has made me feel dizzy.

Unless the proof of innocence is irrefutable I would be surprised if CAS gave us complete exoneration and thru out the case completely? If the case is that dodgy why would UEFA have banned us in the first place, it just makes them look incompetent. Is it not the case that most arbitration services look to try and keep most parties happy? Therefore we might find ourselves looking at a 1 season ban come Monday. I could obviously be wrong and truly hope I am, but this is just the pessimistic blue in me.

Could it be because uefa are devious clueless cunnts? There’s your reason pal

I genuinely don’t think the club have been informed yet, so what @BillyShears said re: Monday morning sounds perfectly plausible to me.

I think something would’ve leaked by now if either the club or UEFA knew, but there’s been absolutely nothing.
But seen as City made such a point about the UEFA leaks during the initial investigation - pretty much suggesting it undermined the whole process, I don’t think City would leak anything if they’d been successful.

UEFA are incapable of stopping leaks when it’s good news for the G14 clubs.

I’m an arch pessimist by nature, but the lack of stories in the press makes me feel confident City have won.

They may or may not have been officially informed by CAS but they know in my view.

Part C, clause 50something onwards. it was posted on here (might have been Murph, apologies of not), a good few pages back and picked up on.

Hence i've been a bit of a broken record about it. They will Definately know before. How much before, hard to tell, but a couple of hours before is not really apt.

Imho, they were told, when they were told the date. I can't see how Cas could contact any given party and say, weve reached a decision heres the date we will announce it, without telling them the decision, when the mechanism is there for that to happen. Any party or their lawyers would be asking to know it, and there would be no justifiable logic for refusing to tell them. So imho, both have knowm since they have known the date. And both agreed to a date change, so both knew at that point, for me.
Thing is, and I don’t doubt that the information posted is posted in good faith but just imagine, for a minute, that the word City was exchanged with United. The potential revenue implications of thIs are huge and I don’t think that they’d be allowed to sit on that knowledge for a week, a weekend or even a day, had it been known to them. I’m sure they would be obligated to tell the NYSE as soon as as they were made aware, given the likely positive/negative effect on their share price.
