I'm not surprised Bayern arent bothered.

Domestically they are protected by 50+1 and in Europe we just arent that big a threat. We have never knocked them out.

I dont think they like us, but it's not comparable to the top to bottom hatred with United and Liverpool.
Bayern aren't bothered because they have achieved their aim...to damage City's reputation for the last two years. The almost certainly knew we were innocent all along but were happy to shit stir. They are the most classless club in Europe.

And they can say UEFA are incompetent and need people like those at Bayern to run it.

Just to clarify. We've been cleared, we know we've been cleared, but we can't guarantee we've been cleared because we don't know we've been cleared but we have been cleared, we just don't know it yet.

Does that sum it up?

"As we know,
There are [assumed] known knowns.
There are things we [and/or our lawyers] know we [dont know but for our lawyers] know.
We also know
There are [ Ian Cheeseman and/or Sinclair’s twitter] known unknowns.
That is to say
We know there are some things
We do not know.
But there are also [privileged formal judgements] unknown unknowns,
The ones we don’t know
We do not know.
Finally, there are [ handed down formal judgements] unknown knowns
The knowns
We do not want to know."

Cheesy says he knows, I think I know we all know! Need I know any more?

It seems both parties agreed for the verdict to be put back from yesterday to Monday so Saturday (today) doesn’t really come into it. I’d be very surprised if neither party knows the result by now and if (note I said if) it’s a win for us then it would be a bit crass to leak it in advance that we’d won.
Both sides wouldn't have agreed to any delay without knowing the result. "City cleared" is a much bigger story than "City still guilty" and would have made the CL draw a total farce.

Spot on chad. Our Club is run by business men who don`t act like spoilt brats.I`ve been confident from the onset and I fully expect a smug type of interview from Khaldoon, enjoying every minute of it.That will be more than enough for me.
People talking about suing UEFA are so wide of the mark ... it will not happen.City do not have problems with all of UEFA ... just the ones who are connected with the PL and certain Belgium,French and Spanish twats also.
Pep and Txiki... go and spend a £200M budget that really pisses on their chips.

They're not wildly keen on the Teutonic Chuckle Brothers either....

Sam Lee saying on twitter that he doesn't think City know anything yet??

He’s a KFA and a rag. The club know this. Any leaks are deliberate and channeled to the people we trust and want to know.

That’s not to say things fall out of the net into the wrong circle, but it’s slim and Sam is feeding off scraps at best.

He has literally no clue and despite being the city reporter, this news will sting him and he probably doesn’t want to talk about it.

I give that some credence. The CAS notice says they are announcing the decision on Monday but that fits with their rule:
"The award, a summary and/or a press release setting forth the results of the proceedings shall be made public by CAS, unless both parties agree that they should remain confidential." So both parties must have been asked, and it perhaps implies that to decide if they wanted the decision to be confidential they must know what the decision is.

Little to confirm either way but what is out there seems to indicate we’ve won.

-Cheesy and Sinclair’s Tweets saying exonerated
-The usual suspects who hate us in the press are silent and some even sulking
-Pep’s confidence yesterday
-The general silence from most quarters
-De Bruyne’s agent saying he’s happy, several weeks ago KDB said he’d consider his future if upheld
-PB and another poster have both heard HH S. Mohammed gave evidence in person, that it was him that sent the money, which clears us
-Whispers of high level transfers going ahead and extensions to key players
-General confidence from City and I truly believe if we’d lost they’d be leaking it to soften the blow on Monday

You forget the deafening silence from leaky uefa. plus one or two more footnotes like Aguero's contact's claims etc. Overall, plenty to cling onto
