Not sure I'd call them awful. 9th in the table, for a club their size, is no mean feat. Highertthan the likes of Newcastle, Everton, West Ham and Spurs. But they are extremely limited in terms of footballing ability. It's pretty much route one stuff.

Liverpool’s squad players can’t be happy with the fact they’re still not getting a game even when the league is won. Origi, shaqiri, Lovren minamino etc must all be looking at leaving for regular football.its going to be hard for Liverpool to strengthen their squad this summer. unless it’s a superstar, who is going to want to go there knowing they’ll never get a game?

Minamino has to be regretting his move.

It’s all well and good getting a winner’s medal but he’ll (and everyone else) know he had little to do with their triumph (to be fair, all of their players had less to do with it than they think, as well). And it’s not clear he will get more match time next season, either.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see him off to somewhere else in January. He is a tidy player when given a chance.
