Yes, Villa got the shitty end of the stick the other night against the quiet neighbours. But they benefitted (sp?) from an awful call against Sheffield United early in the restart. And they got a dubious one in their favour just now.
It’s how they are using it. Say that goal was for Utd. Ref would give it and Var would allow it. If it was against Utd and ref gave it, Var would overturn it. Var is not the issue, it’s the cheats using itIf the ref disallowed the goal then VAR will back him on the grounds it was not a clear mistake. This is the whole way VAR is operating, I read an interesting article on it this morning in the Telegraph sports section.
I haven't seen it, was it that good ?That was a Balotelli shoulder goal by Sakho. Awful VAR ruling.
The only thing in common was the body part. Mario’s was class Sakho’s was a fluke.I haven't seen it, was it that good ?
This clear and obvious error went out of the window the second gabbies goal was not given, the cite it for some decisions and not others, helps them cheat, throw that statement out and be on the leve!If the ref disallowed the goal then VAR will back him on the grounds it was not a clear mistake. No, Palace are safe, Villa can’t today but if they lose think they are all but down would need to win the last 3 to have any chance. Can either of these get relegated today?
