And that will absolutely be against the team with the least motivating factors to beat them (Liverpool).
 
They can win the league, many teams do.

But those records make us the greatest.

Perfect scenario now is they lose their next game so all records are off then they play the kids last two games and drop more points so that they don’t even beat or match their tally for last season. would be a greater sense of you only won because we dropped off our usual standard

*AND the league implemented VAR and instructed the officials specifically to ensure you ran away with the league (before dialling it back to pad the aggregate stats as to avoid raising eyebrows when basic analysis of results are carried out after the season is finished)
 
We could still end this season with our points record in tact, the assist record, the player of the year, the golden glove and three trophies. Hilarious.
