CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Dissenting judgments are not allowed in CAS's regulations so I don't really see why if there was a dissenting judge that his view on the wording is needed.
To say why he dissented so the other two can rubbish it.

Rent free in their heads lol

They’re just sad and bitter because we pumped them 4-0 the match after they’d won it, they aren’t breaching 100 points, they aren’t winning multiple trophies this season, they can’t watch the players lift the trophy, no one gives a shit about the league this season because of Covid, they have to put an asterisk next to their title as a third of the games have been played behind closed doors, they have to live in Liverpool, they have to watch Henderson and Milner week in week out, no one else understands their accent and they are all inbreeding degenerates with a liking for violence.

Yes, but apart from the asterisk, the accent, the city, the inbreeding, the violence, and super Jord ... what have the scousers ever done for us?!

I love the “they have to live in Liverpool” bit!

Spoken to several people ( all non City fans ) since the announcement and the first words out of their mouth was ' see you got away with it '. I slapped them down, told them to have a nice day, and put the phone down.
Anyway back to the champagne.

Cannot say enough how much this has put me in a good mood today!!

Now would one of these faltering clubs please keep Utd out of CL? :)

UEFA need to get rid of FFP. This might be its death knell.

If they truly want "fair" (which no system can ever truly be, and of course many of us doubt that's what they want), they should implement some form of flexible wage cap system.

They should look at the NBA which has the best one I am aware of.

Ironically, enough NBA players and agents have been watching football and how players push to leave before their contracts are finished rather than wait to become a "free agent" so it still doesn't quite stop all of the "richest" and "best" or most popular clubs from accruing talent, but is more sensible than FFP which does not reward clubs for how well they manage their players as assets rather than whether they are winners in clandestine financial strategies or not at all and reliant on their past to earn revenues regardless of how well they do on the pitch.

LaLiga president Javier Tebas on City winning appeal against CL ban: “We have to reassess whether the CAS is the appropriate body to which to appeal institutional decisions in football. Switzerland is a country with a great history of arbitration, the CAS is not up to standard.”

Little fat Spanish **** , take it , take it , take it.

Will this wanker be coming over to Manchester for the 2nd leg, because if so do not give the **** any favours, none at all

Out of interest can City finally take legal action on claims like this, especially given the fact we have the ruling of an independent tribunal behind us?
ofcourse no different to you taking me to court for slander, we see it many times, the Royals etc,,we sue the arse off one of them it will shut the others up

Give it a rest.....

As I asked earlier on this thread, would this be the same Gary Lineker who is a fan of the Leicester City club which failed English FFP regulations for hiding extensive funding of transfers and salaries to pay for the purchase of players who enabled the club to gain promotion into the Premier League? It is? Well, many thanks for clarifying..!

Oh and as I said elsewhere on this thread also.. ‘Victory! Tonight I quaff deeply from the keg of victory!’..
