CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Miguel putting out his own personal balanced rhetoric again.

Even if there were 150 allegations time-barred and 1 not time-barred, they remain ALLEGATIONS and none have been proven.

Nothing more, nothing less.

The fine was because City didn't want to engage with what was effectively a Kangaroo Court.

And Tebas???

Messi soon to become one season closer to retirement, when his Golden Goose finally leaves Barca with an almighty hole to fill...TICK TOCK senor.

I think UEFA were genuinely pissed, us not cooperating denied them the opportunity of covering all their Basses regards our defense.

It was never about a fair and balanced investigation.

It was a Witch hunt, wanting to forensically analyse all our business accounts.Us handing over sensitive information to an organisation controlled by our enemies.

Glad our owners saw what was going on.

Other clubs and journos should shut the fuck up.
CAS has a solid reputation as an impartial adjudicator.
Anyone saying that we got away with it because of our wealth is questioning the integrity of CAS.

Yeah when predicting CAS would find us guilty, it was all how impartial and capable CAS are, as the highest arbitrator in sport. That can't be different now. (caugh, Tebas)

BBC NW with an ambiguously worded report.

City might want to play it cool but some individuals and some media might need a legal shot across the bows.

I did notice that their reporters head, on the lunch time report, was positioned to cover 'Not' on the WNRH banner on the Etihad main entrance. 'We're...Really Here' and ain't we just!

Since the takeover we've seen some phenomenal team performances, brilliant individual performances, amazing goals and enough silverware to meltdown and build a house out of it.

However, today is right up there!

Now lets finish off this quadruple, make more history, extend Pep's contract and go fucking mental in the transfer market.

I stopped reading at ‘Liverpool played by the rules of FFP for the last ten years’.

That imaginary stadium that found them in breach of financial fair play that should have got them banned but they were to shit to qualify never happened did it?

Yes, and on a day where CAS ruled that we had NOT disguised owner investment as sponsorship they refer to our "years of PROVEN cheating".

BBC rolling news;
Presenter: City will now make hundreds of millions - as if the other teams do it for expenses.
Keiran McGuire: cut off to one sentence as the rest that he said is sensible.
Dan Roe Anne straight away: City were not exonerated - guilty of not assisting EUFA and several charges were time barred. FFP might be scrapped because of City.

The casual observer even a football fan could easily be be misled that City are the baddies and EUFA goodies. No mention of other clubs and the dealings with dodgy banks accounts in Cayman etc nor huge spending by rags and dippers.
