CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Well it was either 3-0 or 2-1. I don't know, you don't know. I was just speculating that if it wasn't unanimous, then the final award might (without saying there was any dissent) make it clear that any reason for dissent was covered. Any dissent might be from one of the judges who disagreed that we should even be fined for not cooperating.

Each side nominate a judge with CAS chossing the other who is chairman, would be real kick in the teeth for UEFA if their nominee finds against them

Sky Sports,

What about the Premier League investigation into Manchester City?
As well as the UEFA investigation, Manchester City are also being investigated by the Premier League over financial issues, academy recruitment and third-party ownership.

That Premier League investigation - which has been running since March 2019 - remains ongoing

I did'nt know we were under investigation for 3rd party ownership?
Oh i was waiting for this one to rear its head,,trouble is for the PL is they have no balls between them and wouldnt even consider taking this any further without the backing of a UEFA win today, the cowards have been sat on the fence waiting for todays outcome,i hope they start slinging writs around and then we'l take them to the cleaners, they have no intention ofcourse but it gives certain sections of the media somthing to cling on to,its very sad in a way that grown men behave like this probably somthing to do with being insecure

Ironically the Rags are £400m in debt , and the Glazers have robbed a couple of billion to build shopping malls , Rags fans are the biggest mugs stealing oxygen
Linking our acquittal today with an untenable FFP was a deliberate act on Lineker part.

We both know what it insinuates.

If he has grievance with FFP,them that was for another day.

Not the day we are cleared of serious wrong doing.

He is just another BBC lackie and despite being a shit presenter, does as he is told.

Ahh up steps Miguel Delaney in his Independent article with this..

"City have ultimately got off on a technicality, as indicated by the use of the words “time-barred”, and merely the fine reduced. The suggestions the club have been “completely exonerated” are not quite true."

Miguel putting out his own personal balanced rhetoric again.

Even if there were 150 allegations time-barred and 1 not time-barred, they remain ALLEGATIONS and none have been proven.

Nothing more, nothing less.

The fine was because City didn't want to engage with what was effectively a Kangaroo Court.

And Tebas???

Messi soon to become one season closer to retirement, when his Golden Goose finally leaves Barca with an almighty hole to fill...TICK TOCK senor.

the what? How can you post a review about CAS? That's lunacy.

Im not sure how to post a link but if using Google, type in "Court of Arbitration for Sport". As a company they have a Google reviews section. Its getting hammered with negative reviews and some funny 5 star reviews.

Ive given them 5 stars ;-)

A victory for all self financed clubs who operate without leveraged debt, without loans, without owners asset stripping, without huge cash dividend outflows to support failing USA shopping malls. A victory for the most enlightened sporting enterprise in the world. Manchester thanks you HH Sheik Mansour.

A defeat for the cartel, for Uefa, for the lying racist press & media. A defeat for the vile bacon faced Govan piss can, the miserable faced ticket tout, the arrogant, smug, scheming Gill, a defeat for every single wanker who’s sought to denigrate City and our visionary, minted owners.

Who’d of thunk it, icicle Citeh from Moss Side since 1894 changing the world.

Thank you HH Sheik Mansour, see you in in the Monte Carlo Club for the dance of the seven veils.

. . .
Post of the year.

450 posts on rawk regarding this thus far...#rentfree

This is where the clubs stance on this whole thing needs to change. We have just been found not guilty by an independent body, yet fans of other clubs, in addition to people in the media are able to continue with their libellous/slanderous posts/comments. The club should be all over this, sending the likes of Redcafe and RAWK a warning that if they fail to moderate properly and remove said libellous posts, they will be hearing from our lawyers.
