Yes there feels an inevitability to it. When you watch matches involving us and you see the work we have to do to create chances and yet the opposition create them against us with such ease.

It has been like this all season and were ruthlessly exposed down the flanks every time.

The fans have known it for ages but surely today was enough proof that we need a completely new defence. They only had a few attacks and ripped us apart.Got hand it to Mendy though, he’s one clever son of a gun. How he’s got by up to now charading as a footballer is pretty amazing.
 
The 2nd goal, imagine being a LB, your looking across the defensive line, the balls on the other flank, and you are two or three yards behind the defensive line, just fucking awful defending at this level.
 
Jayden Braaf should have been given a chance. If he can't do it ship him out. Other teams seem to give the youngsters a go. Seems like a closed shop at City unless you are pre ordained.
 
RVP just mentioned they can win the title again. Fuck me, when Chelsea or Utd sink them in 2 weeks it will back to normal.
 
Pep really has to analyse in microscopic detail how we break down the bus. If it ain't working with our usual side to side, create an overlap and pull back to penalty spot then plan B has to be brought out. Not seen much change in tactics this season
