My understanding from reading the CAS rules is that both sides have to agree not to release the findings and that one side can't unilaterally request it if the other is happy for it to be released. More likely they're arguing about what gets released rather than whether it gets released at all.Latest Twitter rumours are that City are fine for the findings to be published, uefa however are not.. could just be usual Twitter BS.
Smartest investment I've ever made!Arranged?!
The Times are currently writing the story that we failed to cooperate so they could publish this week.where's the docs.
Usually find them in hospitals.where's the docs.
So phone conversation on Monday between Khaldoon & Ceferin was more likely discussing what can be released rather than peace talks. My understanding from reading the CAS rules is that both sides have to agree not to release the findings and that one side can't unilaterally request it if the other is happy for it to be released. That would indeed make it piece talks rather than peace talks :-)So phone conversation on Monday between Khaldoon & Ceferin was more likely discussing what can be released rather than piece talks.
Pity the rules didn't say you don't need to cooperate if UEFA is acting beyond the time limit in its rules.Limitation periods are safeguards to any individual or entity against over zealous prosecution at any cost. They call it getting off on a technicality but in effect it isnt, it is a fundamental part of prosecuting cases within time limits. If you are accused of speeding you expect a notice of intended prosecution within 2 weeks and the information must be laid within 6 months of the alleged offence. If you disagree that you were speeding and the prosecution fail to establish compliance with the above the charge goes nowhere. The fact as to whether you were speeding or not is not even considered. Certain serious offences such as murder do not have any limitation of time on them.
where's the docs.
Nailed on this will happen I say.whats the betting the full details wont be released (on uefas request) and the press will run with "city hiding the facts" "sign of guilt" ect ect
It seems that the club is fighting back:

According to something that Mrs Vienna read earlier, the high-profile TV pundit mentioned at the end of the article is Spit the Scouse.About time, weve tried turning the other cheek and as with most bullies they will keep coming back always go for the ones who dont put up a fight.
