What fucking shite you post.

Yes, the executive manage the process but Parliament's have the final say.

Johnson and chums do not want Parliament having that say.

parliament have had the final say they had a vote and passed a law that says the government can do it.

parliament had the final say and could have rejected the governments motion but parliament passed the bill that says the government can negotiate and agree trade deals. So they will.

I doubt very much that the report will say that the Russians did not interfere with the Brexit vote. It may say they have found no evidence.

Not the same thing.
That’s not the same as them making a significant impact in any vote.

They’ve likely tried to disrupt as much as possible, trying to ensure Scottish Independence, then Brexit, then getting Corbyn elected but what impact they’ve had is, I would guess, very small.

It’s feeding into the narrative that the electorate are too thick and don’t know what they really want, which I think is patronising, dangerous and petulant.

EU Budget and Covid recovery plan agreed.

Its a good thing.

pivotal moment for the EU, it will be the making or breaking of it.

if they get this right it will bring the countries together and people will believe in the eu project as a force of good .

if they get it wrong it could be curtains. Unfortunately Wrong could be countries feeling they have borne to much of the financial cost , or countries thinking they have not been helped enough.

it’s a very difficult balancing act. It’s going to be interesting to observe,

It was sovereign parliament in action and at its finest not that long ago.

Remain democrats my fucking arse.

No proof of Russian involvement because we didn’t look. Should be remarkable, but isn’t in the slightest.

Now either they didn't look because they knew there was none or they didn't look because they knew there was.

I wonder which it is ?

Clearly the first option is not credible. If they believed there was no interference then an investigation to prove such is the logical step.

I will add this.

Its all good and well elected leaders and bureaucrats agreeing, its what their respective electorates think of it that will ultimately matter.

it won’t be visible for a few years, but equally it’s all well and good rushi bailing everything and everyone out , let’s see how much of a hero he is when people have to pay it.

Getting any form of loan is the easy bit paying it back is the hard bit that matters
