Unless I'm reading this wrong, In this tweet, Rob Harris pats himself on the back for being mentioned, but seemingly doesn't realise he's just posting CAS confirming that a member of the IC was the only person who could have leaked to him, thereby completely proving City's accusations.

In his world he thinks this makes him a good journalist, by getting a 'scoop' on a high profile case.

In reality he's been used by a corrupt organisation to try and hang us out to dry in public.

He should be ashamed and embarrassed that he didn't do any research and wait until a verdict was in until casting his judgment. He nailed his colours to the mast and now he looks like nothing more than a complete **** nugget.

These 'journalists' jumped straight on the bandwagon and had us guilty before anything could be discussed. You would expect, like you said, these media types to be saying how true to their word our owners have been and how wrong UEFA have been.

I think they are making a case for the club to ban them.

If you look at the summary from Rob Harris that @Ric posted, it's genuinely beyond parody. This is a 93 page document with hundreds of + and - points from CAS against City and UEFA, but he's selectively quoted only the most critical parts, out of context.

There could definitely be some complaints made to the Independent Press Standards Office over this coverage. It's not even pretending to hold up to the editorial standard of the AP.

Haven't seen one journalist on Twitter give a balanced take on this. Also saw K-H Rummenigge earlier echoing Tebas's words to the effect that City got off because UEFA fucked up the case. Hope a few writs will be winging their way out of the Etihad soon.
