CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

All the red scouse visiting for a nosey. Not guilty. In the CL next year, in the Transfer market this summer. That's how guilty we are. Now jog of back to your never ending celebrations. Even dairy maids don't milk it like you lot.

where are the in house lawyers, solicitors with there take on it, they have absolutely gone overboard on us not doing what uefa wanted yet the BBC twats havnt pushed anything at Uefa

Please please don't tell me what is allover BBC sports page isnt liable
I was going to reply to your previous post but in light of this one as well, it looks like you're pissed as a newt, so I'll pass.

We have won the battle for our CL place but have been destroyed in the PR war.

Our execs need to come out of their ivory towers and start fighting for the name of the club. Something we as fans do day in, day out against a tidal wave of uninformed hatred.
Kahldoon,pep and soriano have done

CAS actually say that it was reasonable, based on the emails, for UEFA to bring charges as it appeared from those that there was a prima facie case that ADUG had provided funding.
I think CAS said it was not frivilous, so ok, but I can't believe their legal advice was that they stood a reasonable chance of winning.

As the CAS judgement says, there is still an ongoing investigation at UEFA's ethics committee regarding City's complaints about the leaks
If they find for us I suppose we could ask for our money back, but preferably that those who were leaking the information are dismissed

"UEFA's Ethics committee" - a misnomer if ever there was one.

I'm fucking at it already!!
heres another for you ...a 40 yard pile driver..back of the net winner

Anybody else equally as annoyed by the BBC report & thinking of making a complaint ... I've archived the page here so that there's evidence if (when?) they change it.

I'm genuinely fuming tbh. I wouldn't care that much if it was one of the papers but it's beyond the pale that the BBC can peddle such tabloid level crap. And I have no doubt it's driven by petty bitterness among their sportsdesk staff which has been allowed to go unchecked. They're an embarrassment for letting that past their "quality control"

the grief junkies were quite happy to accept the outcome of an independent enquiry into Hillsbrough

As I said on another thread; this may well be a truly obnoxious piece of writing but, unless I am mistaken, all of it is true. The fact that little pieces have been extracted doesn’t make it less so.
