CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Other accounting evidence was provided to coroberate his evidence.

I don't think hes responsible for the hack. Seems like it was someone at City who got spoofed by a UEFA address.

As for having a word, I think hes pretty untouchable within the whole organisation.

so what DS are saying is they withheld emails to uefa lead uefa down the river thinking there had enough to do City it turns out City hadnt done any thing wrong so now DS come out with more emails ! This doesnt make sense why withhold information, unless its just to sell papers. If that was DS plan they did uefa up like a kipper

All I’m saying is he clearly states he has never organised sponsorship fees between the two parties and is then clearly contradicted by his own email.

We might not like it as City fans but that appears to imply he has lied to CAS, like it or not.

I thought DS came out the other day and said UEFA didn't even ask us for any more, they just used the ones that were in the first article they wrote. Really does make you wonder wtf UEFA wanted to do here, did they even want to win?
 
Someone at City will arrange for eithad to pay mcfc in some way whether that's in the form of a invoice etc and this could be part of pearces job
The question he was probably asked at cas have you illegally arranged for eithad to pay mcfc that contravene uefas rules which he replied no

Doesn’t Matter what DS do. They can hack almost 6m emails, leak them at leisure and cause a shit storm and MCFC just do fuck all to stop them

Bayern Munich have been on to DS - having them go thru the emails again.

It could easily be doctored as were the ones CAS said were,this is designed by probably bayern to further damage our reputation after the failure of the case

I'm sure our lawyers are smart enough to know that other emails are out there, pretty sure they would have covered all bases. Well I hope they have.
