I'm 31 so never seen the greats of Summerbee, Bell, Lee etc live but of the players i've seen this is the best 11 i came up with:

I wonder who got the match ball? They probably only had one in the stadium in those days.

They played on paddy field pitches and the most honest bunch of grafters i have ever seen , with a lot of skill sprinkled throughout the team , Neil Youngs left peg is as good as anything i have seen and he never even made an England squad , that's how underrated this team was.

Its funny it's much harder to pick that team, as much as I disliked Hughes, I would have to take issue with Ball not getting the Managers job!!! and I think Wayne Clarke and Adrian Heath need a mention as a strike pair their ability to look like they would never be able to find the back of the net together was something they must have actively worked on it.
