Champions League Quarter Final Games 12-15th August

If we get to play bayern we just have to Play the game and not the occasion and don't be like rabbits in the headlights and score first,beating madrid will help with confidence but bayern would have the edge confidence wise I think,we can go a bit soft

Don't need inside sources to see they are fucked. Their commercial revenue is basically down to Messi.

They have burnt through over 300m on three players. One of which just scored twice against them and the other can't even get off the treatment table. They have spent millions poorly across the team. At this stage they probably have 5 players who have any value. Ter Stegen, De Jong, Fati, Messi and Greiz.

La Liga is shocking so they wipe the floor with most of them and just hope Atleti and Real drop points elsewhere which is why they have still won.

Setien was a crazy appointment, he has no respect from anyone inside the club and this game really was just the icing on the cake for their season.

Bayern were very good but Barca were disgraceful. Downed tools after half an hour.

What gives me hope it that if we beat Lyon Bayern play a ridiculously high line at the back and we can exploit that. We would get chances against them(Boteng was awful) but we would have to be ruthless and take our chances.

And the players don't want to leave because of their high salary.

Example : Umtiti who is injured/benched all season but who is dead set to stay there. Kinda like Bale in Madrid.

Let’s give credit where it’s due. Bayern were terrific. They made look Barca ordinary by some fantastic pressure from their attackers and midfielders.
And it’s no coincidence. 7 vs Spurs and over 2 games vs Chelsea.
Bayern looked very fit, hungry and fast.

No team is unbeatable. So first and only Lyon. In 24 hrs we will know if we need to worry about Bayern.

He has a loyalty bonus of €70m paid pro rata every year he's at the club for the 4 year deal - €17m

He can earn up to €25m more in bonuses including -

€2m for playing 60% of games in a season.
€2.7m for winning the league.
Up to €12m for winning the CL paid out in stages (so he'll still get a chunk for 1/4 finals)

The salary is so high that board members told Messi's father in an email they are worried about the dressing room finding out just how much he earns.
