If I was Bernardo watching that I would be off and I would not blame him.Can you honestly see Pep changing.
I fear Sane is only the first, IMO. Bernardo looks like being next to be forced out. Will KDB, Sterling and others start to think, if they real want to win big ears do they look else wear.
Far too good a player to be benched.

His recovery tackle, after him & Laporte shit out of defending & played offside, for the 1st goal, was actually pretty good. A definite improvement from the FA Cup Semi Final. And it's only the Champions League Quarter Final.
He actually showed good positioning and decent pace but he made that tackle with the wrong foot. By going in with his left he couldn’t get any purchase on the ball and I’d say it was bad technique Which caused him to knock the ball into a dangerous area

It was a desperate situation where the forward was favourite & imo you can't criticise any defender for winning the ball in those instances. If that was his typical response in those situations I'd be quite fond of him.
My problem with him, is that he is one of the main reasons those situations are happening in the first place.

Fist half was not the fault of any of our players it was pep's fault. His formation was the culprit. 3 at the back we never played this year. Our players were not positionally aware. So we were not sure what we were doing till later stages of the half.

and if walker had decided to track the run rather than watching it while jogging behind it would have been a fine goal avoiding tackle.Not his fault imo - he made up the ground and made a good, clean tackle. Not his fault where the ball ended up.
We must have watched different games, sorry but he was poor.Eric played great last night. He has very strong personality. I changed my mind and I want him to stay.

I was more confident watching him with ball than watching Laporte, Dinho, Rodri, Cancelo and Gündogan.We must have watched different games, sorry but he was poor.

I thought he was the 'best' of the three defenders last night, but he shouldn't have been anywhere near the team.
