Probably just clickbait but if Messi was going to go anywhere I think we would be one of the only clubs who could actually sign him.
Relationship with Pep and cheeky/ferran not to mention Sergio being his best mate.
All these factors would be in our favour but whether Barcelona agree to facilitate a deal and sell is an entirely different matter.
I don't honestly think barca will play hard ball with Messi but he is under contract and regardless of finances on offer. They will only sell if so on their terms and could if assuming we make an offer tell us where we can stick it and decide not to sell.
