This, along with postal workers defying the postmaster general in trying to restart sorting machines he's switched off gives me hope that voters on both sides want democracy over fascism and doing all they can to make sure every vote matters.


I have to agree mind i wouldn't be surprised if one of his sponsored militias taking out some voting stations using coercion or violence though.

I really fear so,can you imagine federal forces at polling stations,with orders to keep voters busy till after they shut ,or am i being too cynical ?

I think the majority of Americans absolutely want democracy over fascism.

I believe the two biggest problems there are:

1. A smaller subset of those people genuinely think Trump being elected to a second term will ensure continued democracy.

2. Can the larger subset of those who understand a second term for Trump will likely lead to full destruction of American democracy overcome the corruption and subversion of the election from the very government that is meant to ensure free and fair elections, as well as the delusional zeal of the first subset and aggressive opposition of full on fascist Trumpers.

The second problem may render the valiant and necessary effort to make every vote matter futile.
