Very grim in 1992, in the league cup, when we couldn’t see fuck all as it was so foggy. I’m sure they dumped us out of both cups that season.Ayresome Park was grim as fuck.

It wasn't home fans fighting each other, a couple of coachloads of City fans went in the home end and when Asa scored after about 25 minutes it all kicked off and the City fans ended up being escorted to the away terracing in the corner. I was told that one of the pubs in Wythenshawe had organised the coaches, not sure how true that was - I went up on the special from Victoria, there were probably a few hundred on that.
Yeah, I was at that. The drive back was as depressing as fuck.Very grim in 1992, in the league cup, when we couldn’t see fuck all as it was so foggy. I’m sure they dumped us out of both cups that season.
Yes, it was all-seated behind that goal and to the left was a corner terrace that was usually allocated to visiting fans as well.Yes, you are right, it was about that time.
We were in the end opposite, not in a corner. and it was not rammed with City fans. The "go off" was right in the middle top of the home end, must have been well planned Xmas fun.
