Barcelona are signing depay and probably wjinaldum. Koeman is making barcelona the new everton of la liga. Can we laugh at them?
Or will we have to eat our words?

it has already been said that he will be replaced when the new president gets in this coming march, he is going to leave them even more fucked up

Is it really? I dont think he is that foolish to leave Holland job just to be manager for 1 year.

No club can pay top player wages with shirt sales. SSN is right it is a myth. However, consider your kit as a advertising space.

Since you are being able to offer more advertising space, you can sell this space for an higher price and get higher marketing deal, main sponsor deal, stadium deal, etc.

Manchester City could recoup a decent amount from the main sponsor deal and/or stadium naming rights which are going to be reviewed in 2021. Add some new partnerships (local or international) and you are set.

Recently, Bayern refused to sell Lewandowski to Real and Neymar had to stay at PSG (albeit they negociated with Barça which went on buying Griezmann instead). It wasn't that bad for them.

I have no doubt Messi will play well if he doesn't move during this transfer window.

They won't lose him on a free he really isn't going anywhere at the end of his contract, Only to el presidentes office to sign a new one .
 
So I've read barca are going to have to pay Lionel a massive lump sum next summer. Will lose him on a free and be worse off financially. You've got to laugh at them

It is not in Bartomeu interest though. Bartomeu is the one deciding for Barça.

When Messi was saying he was leaving, you could see people manifesting with Bartomeu NO, Messi SI ! These people want Bartomeu out but they don't want Messi out.

not in words but city people have been around the messi camp like fly's around shit
messi wants to move to city, its clear that its city his only his option because of the pep and the board all being over there trying to work a deal with messi dad

city should go back and ask barca if we can have messi on loan and pay them a loan fee and pay all of his wages
also they want a couple of our players and we can cut a deal and make everybody happy
 
One thing the video has been helpful for is taking attention off the whole situation (and pressure)! I know my productivity and stress levels have benefited...

I've said before that I think this is the end of the saga for now, but I'd love to be surprised later this window. At least all the expectation has disappeared, and any further talks (if they're going to happen) can take place away from the media's spotlight. For now, it's time to relax a bit, trust in the club and see what we're saying in two weeks...

They won't lose him in the summer, he will sign a new contract once the elections in march are done ,he knows it and we know it, yesterday was the moment
