Its been an "open secret" since parliament returned. An ex-minister in his 50's left I think about 4 candidates. The MP in question was not suspended on the understanding that he would not return to work in the Palace of Westminster. One individual who fits the bill hasn't been in. The others have made sure they have been seen, given interviews, posted tweets of themselves voting in the Commons - almost as if they have something to prove.

Truth is a defence against libel. I'm not sure why the MP is not being named, as everyone who wants to know who it is knows who it is. Anonymity of suspects until charged may be reasonable but it isn't law even if "they have a reputation to protect". But a rape suspect is on bail and voting in Parliament.

Whether we like it or not every person has the right to defence and is innocent until proven guilty so there is no truth that forms a defence. Someone who is convicted also has the right to rehabilitation.

Otherwise would you also advocate overturning votes like Fiona Onasanya who voted against Brexit 2 weeks after being released from prison following her conviction of lying to police?

Kind of split on this one - I am glad to see steps are being taken to house - and not intern - asylum seekers.

I am sure some of the protesters recently carried the "All lives matter" message then demonstrate they don't - but yes I also have some sympathy because were there political will in all parts of the UK resources like this should be used to help tackle homelessness - I wouldn't mind guessing its bloody tough for youngsters or singletons to get any sort of affordable homes in and around Tenby
