I don't think Koulibaly has looked very good in Napoli's recent games either though. There seems to be a real lack of quality centre backs out there. And can't think of many sides with two top class centre backs these days.

Forum rules are one game is good enough to know exactly what he'll offer. If you haven't seen him in a game then the very least you can do is offer an expert opinion based on a YouTube video with a soundtrack picked by a 12 year old.

Id deffo deffo take him over Carlos anyday of the week. Especially considering he plays on the right and would suit our needs. Should come cheaper as well. Hope this is true.
 
Liked the look of him in the Europa League games I watched. Very assured on the ball and had a toughness in him which was good to see from a young player. Would be a good signing imo. Ake & Stones as back up would be quite strong.
 
Got a release clause of £68.25m apparently. Maybe they'd take £60m plus Otamendi?
