Why don't we spend the money? As soon as a club wants over £70m we give up, yet look at our commercial and tv income. If we keep buying mid-level signings we'll become a mid level team.

I thought the board wanted the title again, a a CL? We won the titles we did because we had a younger Kun, Vinny, Silva, younger Fern, Sané. To replace those players you need to buy the best available.
 
Foden played in the wrong position. We need a genuine winger on the left and Foden inside, just like Merlin and Sane. Unless pep plays Torres there we'll not see the best of Foden.

The club seemed to change direction in the summer, do they know Pep is leaving? Are they reluctant to spend money on this project?

Something changed and changed quickly.

Partly,but we lack pace in all areas it’s the way the game has gone..we have pacy players but not enough unfortunately..

Granted left back is a problem, mendy isn't a defender is he! He spends all his time in the left wing position most of the time which when you're winning games and controlling the possession it goes unnoticed but because we got no recognised centre forward where the ball would stick, it's coming back into midfield where we've bombed on and the other team runs at will with us all out of position.

Saying the manager has folded is shit, 3 penalties against us is unheard of, sloppy defending and sloppy finishing from us and we're our own worst enemy but kneejerk posts get on my tits.

Leaving Mendy & Garcia on at ht was a joke today, half fit Laporte & moving Ake out or going 3 would have been far better than leaving that useles cnut on the pitch but that OK he's not a defender :(
