One person spoke compassionately and seriously about a global pandemic alongside outlining actual plans with regards to health care and the economy.

One person gave a white supremacy group a new slogan and how his opponent wants to ban cows.

Yet both sounded like wankers....

1. He wouldn't shut up.

3. He literally said "I refuse to answer that question" about a constitutional issue in a debate about future policy.

4. He called Trunp a racist, a clown and a bunch of other things then claimed he wasn't acting Presidential while himself running for President.

5. "Nuh uh" and "no u" is not an argument.

This wasn't a debate, it was two geriatric pumped up tossers trying to sound tough and trying not to seem weak but ironically looking weak as fuck while doing so. It was a total waste of time for anybody who isn't some partisan Twatter who likes to talks about who "won" and how their candidate "totally pwned". It was shit.

Points 1, 2 & 5 are just an observation about his mannerisms. Point 4 is pretty standard fare for political debate. Point 3 I agree on, Biden was poor there.

However none of them equate to refusing to denounce white supremacy nor failing to accurately announce what tax you paid after being accused of tax avoidance.

Might both be wankers but one's certainly in his own league.

I'm pretty sure he was literally asked to tell people to stand back. Maybe stand down. Something like this.

He also said "yes" when asked if he denounces it but I guess we're all ignoring that

No, definitely "Stand back and stand by" before quickly returning to ranting about the radical left/ANTIFA.

He hid his ever-so-clear message within an attack of the opposing side, the very definition of a politician being a wanker.

So just to be clear, we're ignoring the part where he denounces it in the discussion about whether he denounced it? And even if he did denounce it then he didn't really denounce it?

So basically no matter was said or not said, he didn't denounce it?

He's on record for saying Trump's character means nothing because he thought/thinks he was/is doing a good job as President.

Then tonight you have the President of the United States talking about banning cows and how a white supremacist group should "stand by" and yet because his opponent, rightly, called out his lies each time they're suddenly both "wankers".

Trump himself would be proud of the projection and distraction on display. Perhaps even envious of the meltdown.

When asked if he was willing to “denounce white supremacists” he said “stand BACK and stand by” though Wallace asked if he would ask them to stand “down”. I think Trump didn’t recall the exact words. Trump said “Sure I’m willing to do that [denounce them] but almost everything I’m seeing is from the left . . .” and Wallace and Biden said, “Do it then” and “Say it, sir.” Then Trump asked, “Who do you want me to denounce?” Biden and Wallace said “White supremacists. The Proud Boys.” And then Trump said, “I would say ‘stand back and stand by.’” He never said “Yes, I denounce them.”

So make of all that what you will. I don’t think “I’m willing to denounce them” is the same as “I denounce them”.

Well we were discussing wankermanship, so whilst he may have mumbled "yes" somewhere after being asked more than once to denounce 1 white supremacist group before then apparently part de-denouncing with his "stand back and stand by", he clearly didn't handle that question as well as Biden. Moreover, when he said "yes" was that answering the moderator asking would he answer the question or announcing that he would denounce. Might need to watch that again but to be less clear than Biden is a feat in itself.
