I've seen and read longer interviews with him, and he comes across as a really decent human being (although he's definitely drunk the club Kool Aid).

On the pitch, one of the biggest shithouses in the league.

I think he's clumsy more than anything and not just in this case.
 
Jordan Pickford needs to sort his head out.......hes like that loose cannon "mate" on the periphery of your social circle when your young. He tags along sometimes on a night out, you all know hes gonna cause some shit when hes had a few and get you all in trouble,and he will think its all a laugh but no one has the heart to tell him to fuck off.

Being part of a football team is a different matter, Everton are going great atm and I for one am pleased for them as I have a couple of mates who support em who are ok,(and it winds the dippers up). They have a good manager who can attract the sort of players that can take them forward, James for example.

What they cant afford is a wild keeper like Pickford costing them points/games with his erratic and undisciplined actions. He also gets involved with oppo fans too,not a problem atm I know, but wasnt he winding newcastle fans up when at sunderland and ahead, then ended up conceding goals!! Not the keeper for a team aiming to challenge and not the keeper for England.
 
the moaning about VAR is so so funny because last season they got away with every little thing possible
flopp in his interveiws is always answering his own question ? he is a bad loser and how he gets away with questioning the officials and VAR, yesterday he was calling out the VAR team and the officials and nothing will be done

I suggest you watch matches more often or more closely. It happens frequently in situations where the ref gives a lecture to a player and the latter taps the ref on the arm with a gesture that says 'ok ref l got it'. It wad made into a big deal yesterday because
A. It was City
B. The official was a woman and a good official who
C. sensibly played it down.
So the media have to make a big deal of it so the likes of Piers Morgan and yourself can get aerated about it.

Where did I say it didn't happen ? I just said it was a bit silly, it was, and created a needless fuss.
