Got it now. Ozil is out of the Arsenal squad because he is about to negotiate the Brexit breakthrough tomorrow lol ! How is Vardy's Covid - 19 vaccine breakthrough coming along. Both could probably do no worse than what this govt is doing.

One way of looking at it footballers would probably do a better job than this government at the moment, Tory cabinet members would probably improve the rags starting 11.

All of society needs help right now and a free warm meal for kids needing it and families struggling is the least we should be doing.

Even Farage is criticising them for the vote against free school meals.

Unbelievable how they've lost a 15 point lead by doing or failing to do some of the most politically basic things.

Closing the borders, banning mass gatherings, sacking COVID flouting ministers/advisers, not imposing a proportional lockdown on local authorities, and now not feeding the poorest children in society.

It's the football equivalent of giving up a title winning lead by losing to West Brom, Sunderland, and Bournemouth at home.

Tbf, they've spunked a lot more money on a lot stupider things than Eat out to help out. At least that was vaguely aimed at helping businesses, not just directly handing money to their friends, relatives and donors
