They are not publishing the statistics needed to measure the accuracy of SAGE theories.

Putting things in all caps does not make you right. FACT.

It wasn't nonsense because you clearly don't,unless of course its from your perspective. This unique scenario is creating unique issues, unless you walk in their shoes,it isn't fair to judge others or the problems they may be facing. No, I was simply replying to your utter nonsense about me not thinking about other people. Quite simple really.
How much money *I* could make? Should I add being a clairvoyant to your list of talents?Huge government. Corbyn planned on borrowing £100B and you were appalled about the decimation of the public finances, with absolutely no thought for the improvement in peoples lives that might have resulted, the extra years that people may have got and the increased life chances of the young. Nope, it was all about the economy and how much cash you could make. The OBR reckoned we’d be borrowing £372B before yesterday’s announcement, so what it’ll be after another 4/5/6/8/10 weeks of lockdown is anyone’s guess but that’s fine with you.
Hopefully you won’t be on here bitching and moaning about cuts to pensions and pension tax relief, increases in VAT, income tax and NI plus a raft of as yet not mentioned taxes.
I am thinking that not going to gym for 4 weeks is a damned sight less important than putting lives at risk. That you seem to be so keen on keeping gyms open, I suggest is a rather personal perspective of your own.It wasn't nonsense because you clearly don't,unless of course its from your perspective. This unique scenario is creating unique issues, unless you walk in their shoes,it isn't fair to judge others or the problems they may be facing.
Yeah, you keep coming out with that line.I am thinking that not going to gym for 4 weeks is a damned sight less important than putting lives at risk.
See the edit.Yeah, you keep coming out with that line.
Oh do fuck off, you’ve absolutely no idea. Can you not lift a dumbbell at home for 4 weeks FFS? Or go for a jog? It is really that terrible that you cannot go to the gym for 4 bloody weeks?
Of course it is,because i can empathise with the very strong reasoning. That you seem to be so keen on keeping gyms open, I suggest is a rather personal perspective of your own.
That's a surprising stat, can you please link to the source?[if anyone is interested in the facts, every COVID death in average takes 10 years off life expectancy]

Not for me bud, life first everytimeIts a bit more complicated than that isnt it. There is a cost benefit analysis made for every disease, im just not sure they have the measures or the balance right for covid. Economics aside there are also massive social and mental cost which needs to be taken account of.
They say, in the US, for every 1% unemployment goes up, 40,000 people die. If the same ratio were true here, that’s around 8,000 people dying for every 1% unemployment goes up.In times like these, there is only one currency_ human life
Why let the truth get in the way of a good story. Seems quite apt for a few recently. The Germans are doing as badly as we are at the moment. Their T&T system that worked somewhat in the Summer is not working anymore, because T&T doesn’t work if the R is running faster than tracks and traces reach people.
So you dont have an issue with mental health problems rising, suicide rates going up. and other health services being put on the back burner as long as nearly all resources are put into covid. Because that is exactly what is happening. Not for me bud, life first everytime

Because that's exactly what will happen unless we suppress this virus. So you dont have an issue with mental health problems rising, suicide rates going up. and other health services being put on the back burner as long as nearly all resources are put into covid. Statistics are statistics are statistics.I didn't challenge anything you have stated as "fact" I only asked what relevant qualifications you have to challenge the consensus of scientists and experts. You said you don't have any.
