"Reining Reds in would be his best achievement in management" David Silva "exhausted by Guardiola's demands" "worn down" " Pep Guardiola now looks worn out" . We are doomed, Herbert is back from hiding in DM dungeon with his unique take on our disastrous position and how David Silva declined City's pleas for another season because Pep exhausted him. Oh but there are some "positives" if you search very carefully.

Article in the Guardian about Sterling. Talks about him missing chances. Talks about how he has improved. Talks about Liverpool winning 3:1 last year. Fails to mention City's home result. It's difficult to read it as a blue and not think of points that could be mentioned. I don't think it mentioned Sterling's goal against Liverpool last year, nor him getting fouled for the penalty, nor him having the shot that produced the own goal. Very strange in parts

Lots of hot air coming from the scouse media and their specially invited neutrals but they have all suffered from collective amnesia about the last game between City and the dippers? I dont suppose they will read this but l love to say it:
City 4
Liverpool 0

Just 4 months ago in July and Liverpools biggest defeat of their non-record breaking season.
Villas hammering seven past them recently also seems to have evaporated into the ether.
But the BBC now srems reluctantly to accept that there is such a thing as goal difference putting Saints above them.

The last three games at the Etihad against this shameless footbal club have all been the same , every Dipper pundit forecasting an easy victory and a stroll to the league title , and on the Monday morning the excuses , we were all pissed up so we lost 4-0 , the ball was 11cm from crossing the line so we didnt deserve to lose 2-1 , Mane had every right to cowardly kick Ederson in the face and shouldnt have been sent off and didnt deserve to lose 5-0.
The f*cking excuses they come out with , if they knew what humilty meant the Dippers could just state they were beaten by the better team , which is why they are the most disliked football club stealing oygen
The Mail had two scribblers on one article claiming City had won the last two league fixtures at the Etihad, so it seems the 5-0 with Mane sent off has been officially wiped off the records by the Scouse leaning msm. You'd think at least one of them would make a token attempt at fact checking, even at the risk of traumatising a few dippers with memories of Mane's vandalised studs.
