Its true

Fucking hell stockport had nearly that many locals attend games in the confrence north.

Hardly any fcuker turned up at Anfield when the ash cloud happened..

No planes flying = no Scandinavian fans..

All out of towners and glory hunters who are given song sheets on the way in..

I seem to recall they had a bit of a shabby run when Woy was in charge and couldn't be arsed to get behind their team then either..

Stayed away in droves, all bit shit really for the self proclaimed bestest club in the world.!

Spot on. New Years Day. Along with Boxing Day traditionally the day for bumper crowds everywhere and they pulled in 35000 at home to Bolton. “YNWA unless you do something wrong then we just send death threats to you and your family but...with a cheeky Scouse wit”

Indeed.

37,697 for the Ash Cloud game
35,400 for that Bolton NYD game

someone on talksport having a rant against liverpool and klopp, us, united and everton have 2 days rest between games liverpool get 4, reckons klopps whinging has got them an easier xmas schedule

Guess who got the 12:30 fixture yesterday? Hint: not Liverpool.

Liverpool are going to win the league anyway this season, so Klopp can shut up.

Remember how these candle lighting pricks were supposedly going to fall to bits once Van Dijk became injured??

How's that going

I will admit to thinking it would affect them more than it has. It's ironic that some of their more humiliating recent defeats have been with him in the side.

They have built a good squad and have a style of playing that teams find harder to deal with than our possession based system. Their front players are pretty clinical and Jota is another string to their bow. The team that finishes above them wins the title in my opinion. We will regret not beating them at our place when a missed penalty and the Jesus header cost us dearly. I feel we are still rebuilding and Spurs will fall away if their two main players get injured. The rags night be dark horses. We can mock them all we like but they are ahead of us in the table and I'm sure var will help them more than us.

There’s no question about that.

I'm gonna wait for the result of Spurs vs. Dippers in mid-Dec before make my prediction. But mann.. Spurs are know to be BOTTLERS. And I don't think Mourinho can change that, it like their DNA. Just like defense is Simeone/Atletico DNA.

As much as I hate it, but seem like Liverpool will get the title again.

I'm still rooting for Spurs to get something out of the game, even if they don't end up wining the season.

eta: Don't count on Dippers drop points against big team, they won't. Look at the result and you see the games they drop points are the ones against bottom of the table teams.
And the Villa one where they got trash, it Van Dyke that was the CAPTAIN. LOLLL ! That was funny as hell to me, it the so call world best defender and their team got trash 7 goals! lol.

Even with a totally makeshift defence teams still can't score past them, it's their workrate on and off the ball which wins them so many games. They never seem to tire which is testament to their coaching staff.

Dippers will stroll that game, Spurs won't get lucky all season playing that hit them on the break then defend defend defend. Will be a mid to lower side that they drop points against

I still think Liverpool are the most likely team to win the league again this season, unfortunately. They won't lose many games, and will get stronger as they get injured players back. The game against Spurs next weekend will be interesting, but I expect them to win.

Me too I don't see Spurs holding out all game against that intensity and attack and Son and Kane will be swarmed all over.

We've got an enormous Coleman and Digne-shaped hole in our backline and they're doing fine without VVD. Crybabies.

Last night was good again but I still have the same wonder at how teams are playing against us.
Villa thumped us and City should have beaten us and both of those games were against teams that attacked us. Leeds again we only just scraped through and Brighton had their moments when they pressed and played.

All goes to show how mad the season is, but equally how exciting it is and is I think, going to continue to be.

Southampton win tonight and City,Villa & rags win their games in hand and you could have 4 points, covering the top 8!
Obviously want to retain the title but also hope is going to be an exciting season
