Lost all its appeal for me when real life became even worse than a fictionalised US PresidencyFinally got round to US House of Cards. First couple of seasons were up there with the very best shows, lost its way a bit in 3 and 4. 5 it all starts to go wrong and the last season, after Spacey had been kicked off is possibly the worst last season of any show I've ever seen. Last episode... Christ. Abysmal.

Apparently all the chess games in this one are based on ones that happened in major tournaments. I love that attention to detail.

Funnily enough as the series went on I found that she was starting to morph into Gareth Bale and once I spotted that I found it pretty off-putting as well - weird that, perhaps we should start a whole new thread on who Actresses remind us of.Started 'The Undoing". Very good after 2 episodes and the girl in it is stunning. However, I'm having a hard time watching Nicole Kidman. She's had so much botox and filler she looks disconcertingly like Steve Mcmanaman. Its pretty off-putting.
