Ederson
Walker - Dias - Laporte - Ake
Rodri
Bernardo - De Bruyne
Raheem - Jesus - Foden

I believe that we have to play with the best defenders in defending.. (going back to basics)
Our attack must be faster, and that means No Gundo-Rodri in the midfield
and finally for the attackers, I don't think Raheem would go back to the RW, but I hope he does.. I think It will be Mahrez, Jesus, and Raheem.. and we have to pray that one of their tricks would actually work and we score a goal
Gundo and Rodri will play if fit. They are half a step behind Eddy and Kevin in terms of guaranteed time.

I know a lot of our fans are struggling bwith that reality. But it is what it is. Next seems to be Dias, then on Current form, John. Everyone else is in rotation.

Eddy, Dias, John, Rodri, Gundo, Kev, plus 5.

That's our current 11. It looks like the midfield Trio for now is set. So is Goalie and the CB pairing. Everything else is a work in progress. Until the window opens.

Do yourself a big favour here fella, lick your wounds and quit whilst you're behind, you've been sussed pal. The bigger blue is a nonsense arguement for starters.

You're an American under 30 right, smart arse as well? The poster you are up against has most probably forgotten more about City than you actually know or will ever know because you have never been there before we hit the jackpot and the limelight in the USA and consequently onto your TV screen. Many blues on this forum (myself included) have seen a lot more bad years than good well before televised matches for every live game played nowadays.

And I'm not putting blues down who are not from Manchester either. I have several friends dotted about the UK and the rest of the world. But 95% I can relate to because they are not blues because of fame and fortune of being where we are nowadays. They are blues because they chose this club and stuck with it throughout many lean and barren years.

What you know has been gleaned from the internet and from what you have seen on TV to form your opinions. All cleverly worded like you know what you're on about by experience. You're a clever lad, I'll give you that but you need show more respect. Have you been to a live game btw? You may talk the talk and convince a few you're actually in the know but you cannot walk the walk. And I very much doubt you'd know which way to walk if you were dropped off at Piccadilly station, and it's not towards Didsbury, wherever the fuck Didsbury is: /... ; )

May I recommend you just reflect on your bolshie and condescending attitude you have shown towards others in thinking you're a smart arse by putting posters down, or trying to!

If you learn to respect posters and keep your gob shut now n' then then you'll be on the right track of not pissing certain people off with your 'greater than thou' opinions.
Next time @domalino is over for a match i hope he takes full advantage of the tea and coffee making facilities in his hotel.

Thanks mate. Guessing they'll line up something like this?

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka
Lindelof
Maguire
Shaw

Fred
McTominay

Martial
Fernandes
Rashford

Greenwood
Sounds about right. They might play a back 5 though, possibly Telles in for one of the forwards.

I will be gutted if John Stones doesn’t start, he’s looking back to his best and his best is right up there with any CB in the PL...

Kyle Walker needs to take a deep breath before kick off and empty his brain of farts ..The rags will be dropping like flies every time they get in the box ...
He will. I guarantee it!

Definitely starting

Honestly can't call this. Leipzig should have hammered then but it ended up very close in the end. If we don't take our chances I can see us drawing or losing.

With the way they have been coming from behind recently it may be best to go all gun blazing first 15 minutes, grab a goal then drop the back line 20 yards and sit back.

There is next to no chance they will create anything if we have 10 behind the ball and we are brilliant on the counter the rare occasions we get to show it, so play them at their own game.

Yep but it was very close for one reason the referee as per usual gave them the two goals.

Pep Guardiola on squad selection for #MUNMCI: "Except two players, the others are fit. With this ridiculous rule, everyone cannot be on the bench so that’s why the players have to be ready every week because there are guys waiting to be in the team.

Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Ilkay Gundogan 'trained good' after the knock to his ankle

Just in: Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Sergio Aguero will NOT start against
@ManUtd
tomorrow evening

Eric Garcia will be out for two or three weeks with an injury, according to Pep Guardiola

Anyone else struggling to get up for this? Can't remember the last time a derby felt so...lacking edge. Will change come kick off of course, but I 100% miss the normal build up. Chatting to mates, strangers, colleagues at work, family etc. Basically no give or take at all with anyone. Left it just feeling like any other game to an extent.

Was thinking exactly the same this morning mate, nearly posted the very same.. All seems a bit flat and not feeling any excitement at all

Could say this about every game since lockdown to be honest. The only goal I have celebrated 'normally' was Foden against Liverpool.
