West Brom (h) post-match thread

Being reported that West Brom are about to sack Bilic. Seriously.

Is that what we've become? Is a point at the Etihad now a stackable offence for a West Brom manager?

I get what you are saying, but it's the managers fault that other managers know that if they pack out their defence there is a good chance they'll get something. The slow sideways football is the managers fault. Playing Rodri and Gundogan together is the managers fault. After the '18 & '19 season I never thought I would ever question him, but for the money spent on this team, this is not good enough. After such a negative performance on Saturday to earn a hard earned point at Old Trafford, to then knock out that shit show tonight its only natural that people question the manager.
 
What’s mad is the club think signing a 34 year old Messi and extending Aguero’s contract is the answer. That kind of short-termism might just be the last thing we need right now. We need a total rebuild.
 
If there is one thing thats bonded together all City fans in agreement its the way City are playing. Is it a coincidence that we hardly create anything anymore and at the same time have lost Silva and Sane ? .... me thinks NO. We have lost top quality players and have been left with average. Always said you can carry the average when you are banging in 4/5 and 6 goals regularly but hey - we cant do that anymore. We need at least 1 top creative player with KDB to replace silva and a top striker. As for Rodri...side to side for 90minutes and when he gets a glimpse of goal its row z. Pathetic. Peps got it all on now to turn this one around.
 
You can actually feel the life being sucked out of you watching that. Thank god there wasn’t a crowd there tonight, it wouldn’t have been pleasant.
 
Said pre-match i would drop in. Seems to care more about moaning when other players do something wrong than not being shit himself.
 
We don't get penalties as we never try penetrating runs into the box we fanny around with it on the half way line. We never pressure a player that has been booked and every time we get a 5 on 3 break we end up passing back to the halfway line or if we are lucky we win a corner. Sorry dudes you know all this, just needed to vent. Going away to breathe slowly.

i can understand the change facing the better teams home or away ? but WBA at home and you still have 4 players on the half way line defending nobody just passing the ball between each other
