The media has needed a massive overhaul for a long time. The creation of 24/7 news channels drive a need for them to create content to fill that time with and its created a world where real news gets glossed over with fluff and personal opinions.
 
The house has got a test at 10am this morning.

Wife is a teacher and she was burning up last night.

After everything this year, it would be fucking typical to get a positive test going into Xmas week.

Can't believe it. Sick of this shit. Had both my kids already isolated twice at different schools during last three months alone.

going by the latest Dr Cambell video. there is a company called Genomics England. its part of the Department of Health and Social Care, Genomics was set up in 2013. they are running something called the 100k Genome project to do a complete Genome breakdown of healty and unhealty people to try to help identify what could be causing some genetic illnesses.

Part of that company is also set up to run genome sequencing on infectious diseases. they are the ones that have spotted the new strain as part of there standard viral genome sequencing.

That being said. the timing of this announcement and the London T3 announcement did seem very sus. almost a get out of jail card. "its not us, its not you, its the virus that mutated... blame that".

Dont blame the messenger. Bonkers management caused the downfall. Besides, it was already well known that they were dodgy before Peston reported it. Their share price had been falling for over a year and stood at 10% of its value 12 months before.

A year to forget !!!!
So far we’ve had a whole family isolation and additionally
Wife had an isolation
One of sons had two isolations
Other son had an isolation
All since schools returned in September

Good - quite a slow process but every day more is given the closer this is to being over. The news should be concentrating on reporting this daily so we can see progress.

that’s based on last weeks hospital vaccines , from this week designated gp centres are now administering the vaccine so we hopefully should see a good uptick over the next few days and weeks

Great news - the disgraceful media should be focussing on the great achievement of the vaccine. Loads are really starting to struggle mentally but we are weeks away from having this largely beaten.
