I think they can, someone near me had one delivered in April, they did the handover socially distanced (amusing thing was he had it picked up again about three weeks later, as it had broken down).

Are they telling them to do these things? Are they ignoring them giving different advice?

Not for another hour they're not, and there is the problem, timing and messaging.

I've a colleague (work is tier 4 now), he finishes after midnight but has a house in Dumfries and Galloway, and isn't working again until Jan 1st, but he also has a home he uses in tier 2 when he's working, just outside tier 4, is his travel tomorrow "essential", it is caused by "work".

Another grey area, I hope he goes, as his house in Scotland is a bubble with family.

They announced tiers to be reviewed every two weeks but announced christmas plans with 5 weeks to go. Made no sense.

It’s a family tree. Not 100% sure of the finer points but each blob is a genome mutation on that family tree.

What level of mutation results in different colours or main branches I don’t know.

If you go to the next strain site you can see it spreading as animation and where new strains form on each continent etc.

Do we even know that actually happened. I have heard alternative versions that they were welding up alternative exits to blocks to stop people who were avoiding the health checkpoints. We may not ever know what was really going on but it does seem that their ability to enforce rules has proven to be much more effective than ours.

my siren radar has been on full alert today. Seen or heard at least ten ambulances. More Films and walks for me for next ten days. Not seeing anyone Xmas day now.
